Aarti C Rajaratnam, instrumental in designing innovative classrooms and curriculum models in India and abroad, is a Masters in Clinical Psychology with specialization in Childhood and Adolescent Mental Health from the University of Delhi. Aarti's mission in life is to redefine education systems all over the world to make Holistic Learning accessible to all children irrespective of cultural boundaries, economic barriers and limiting mindsets. She is a Master Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming and is also trained in Transactional Analysis, Dream Analysis and Counseling.
Her methodologies and focus is to provide a stress free education for children through an eclectic model specially designed to nurture young minds through a thorough analysis of Learning Styles. She has set up schools for children in the rural areas of India to cater to the needs of first generation learners to ensure that their educational and nutritional needs are met. This model of education has increased retention rates and reduced dropout rates, truancy and delinquency among children. She has always cited that working in the villages of India has been her passion, and she has laid a stronger foundation to it by conducting many camps for teachers as well as the students in villages all over the state.
Apart from revolutionizing the field of education, Aarti has volunteered to help the victims of Tsunami in 2004.
Aarti's charisma and vibrancy never fails to ignite the minds that come across her. A true youth icon she is and a great human who inspires us to be humane!
Having a rich and fine experience in the educational field for past last 40 years, Mr. Ranganathan will be the Academic Advisor at Peepal Prodigy School. He served as a head master and secretary for 28 years at Sri Gopal Naidu Higher secondary school He was a secretary in PSG schools and Sri Ramakrishna Matric Higher secondary school.
He is a recipient of " Best Teacher Award of Tamil Nadu Government " and " Gem of India Award UNESCO ". In addition to International School Award and British council award for International Projects.
He is Secretary of Nursery, Primary and Matric Higher Secondary Schools Association for 10 years in Coimbatore district and helped schools grow progressively. He is also committee Member for many schools in Coimbatore city. He has conducted state and District level Science Exhibition and sport Meets.
Convenor for conducting exams for +1 and +2 classes in Coimbatore Revenue District for 6 yrs. Board Member of Government Examinations of Tamil Nadu. He is EC member for Parent Teacher Association Chennai. He is Vice President for Amateur Athletic Association for conducting Sri.G Varadaraj Memorial Sports meet for kids every year in Coimbatore District.
He is now District Secretary in Coimbatore for 18 years and helped a lot of Scouts and Guides to get Governor Award and President Award. For 5 years he was State Vice President of Tamil Nadu Bharat Scouts and Guides he is Finance Committee Member of Tamil Nadu Bharat Scouts and Guides.
